Each Stone & Field piece is handmade in small batches, meaning slight variations in colour, texture and finish are part of the handmade process. We believe these subtle differences are part of what makes handmade pieces unique.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll happily work with you to resolve it.

All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s trusted payment gateways. Your payment information is encrypted and handled securely in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards.

Standard delivery within Australia usually takes approximately 3–7 business days once dispatched. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary during busy periods or due to postal network delays.
