Are your earrings lightweight?
Yes — all Stone & Field earrings are designed to be lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear, including many of our larger statement styles.
What are your earrings made from?
Our earrings are handmade from polymer clay and finished with carefully selected findings and materials.
Unless otherwise stated, all stud posts, findings, and butterfly backs are made from surgical stainless steel.
Are your earrings handmade?
Yes — every pair is handmade in small batches from our regional NSW workshop.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, pattern placement, and finish may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our earrings, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

How should I care for my earrings?
To help extend the life of your earrings:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, and lotions
- Store them in a cool, dry place
- Handle with care and avoid bending or dropping
While polymer clay is durable, handmade pieces should still be treated gently.
Do you restock sold out designs?
Some designs may return, while others are released in limited small batches or seasonal collections.

Stone & Field is based in regional New South Wales, to the East of Bellata, with the Nandewar Ranges stretching across our eastern horizon.
