Shipping policy
All Stone & Field pieces are handmade in small batches in our regional NSW workshop.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During new releases, seasonal launches, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping Rates
We offer:
- Flat rate standard shipping Australia-wide for $5.95 AUD
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75 AUD
Shipping rates are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and Australia Post processing times.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- NSW: 3–7 business days
- Interstate: 5–10 business days
- Regional & Rural Areas: may take longer
Please note that occasional delivery delays outside of our control may occur, particularly in regional areas or during peak periods.
Tracking & Delivery
All orders include tracking.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Stone & Field is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us at workshop@stoneandfield.com.au and we will do our best to assist.
Once parcels have been lodged with Australia Post, delivery timeframes are unfortunately outside of our control.
